lately i've been forgetting i ever owned a blog so that explains why it's not as updated as before haha. well just to assure you avid readers (huge joke) that i'm doing okay. some possible transitions in me life but yea, yvonne will deal. school's starting next week which i seriously cannot come to terms with that reality yet. why so fast! anyways will be missing first 3 days of school cos i will be protesting in bkk hahahah. so to my kind friends who read my blog (still read my blog actually) like mag and sharon, do keep me updated with school shits when i'm gone okay? appreciates it. anyways speaking about bkk. yea protestors full force on streets yesterday which worried me and qh cos we were afraid we will have to postpone/cancel the trip (even though my biggest worry is that all the shops will be closed and i can't go shopping). but latest news were that protests are over, some red-shirted people surrendered and HOPEFULLY all's fine and peaceful again. at least wait until 23rd to start your protests again la, when my ass' safely back in sg. or i take that back, don't fight anymore! so yea very looking forward to the bkk trip, already got a great dress for our 'bitchfest' hehe. cannot wait cannot wait! oh and i have no voice now, went to cash studio last sat with d and rozana. damn fun, maybe going again this sat. keeping my mind very busy. and i want to repeat once more than i'm so excited about the bkk trip!

popeyes before esplanade trip. i think this is the first time our class went out together in a big group. anyway the chicken strips meal suck balls so never ever order it. esplanade tour was alright, i like the concert halls very posh.

went to celebrate our 1 year. well, not exactly celebrate because we didn't have any plans! in the end, we decided to buy steaks from carrefour and cook them at home. on the way home near clementi, we met with an accident. what a way to celebrate right. some pickup didn't check his blind spot and wanted to move left; and wongsie forgot to horn him. so our bike fell. it all happened so quickly, very hard to explain. all i remember was that a pickup came too near us, wongsie swerved and then we were on the road with a loud bang.
luckily i didn't go into shock or something. just picked ourselves up. coincidentally, saw iqin and paky who stopped by to help us. and everyone was like lookin at us from their vehicles. so irritating. never see people fall before meh?
the most important thing is, we are both fine. wongsie has abrasioned limbs AGAIN. my hands escaped unscathed but i have bruises and abrasions on my knees and ankle. and my pants tore :(

on a sidenote, our steaks turned out okay even though it was our virgin attempt! quite nice just that need to cook a little longer..

after eating 30 gongs of ba gua, 20 gongs of tapioca chips, 1 love letter and 57 cans of coke, i finally succumbed to the flu/cough/runny nose virus. knnbccb. saw it coming. i should just go get an MC so that i can be excused from golf later.

anyways! i had a happy cny indeed with my parents. we had reunion dinner at my sis's place on sunday, monday i went visiting with wongsie, and today visiting again with my parents and then with wongsie again. my angbao collection is average la i'm not like shaowei, can 1 angbao $500 knn. hahaha. anyway hopefully the angbao collection gets bigger and hopefully this year there will be a gathering with my sec school friends!

i know i've other pressing matters on hand, like the upcoming ecd test, but new moon has been glued to my hands since last night? am already half way through. it's so disturbing in a good way and i dunno why i'm blogging about it but i just want to cos i'm totally swept away by the story; the words in the book makes me feel as if i'm bella and like her, i'm actually pining for edward and yearning for his return. sounds corny, but yea it's true. i actually cried reading it haha. like the part when edward said he was leaving bella even though he loved her so much was too much for me to bear. it was like i felt her pain too. and when edward called and jacob answered and edward thought bella was dead and he wanted to die... omg i was so sad at that point of time too! wish i can pick the book up again but i guess ecd needs some attention.

watched twilight yesterday! actually booked tix for 8.30pm but huangzai came late and i HATE going for a movie late, so i refuse to watch it. okay waste of money i know, but i really didn't want to miss the beginning of the show. and so we wenta cine to catch the 2305 show with our friends =p
anyways its sucha sweeeeeeet plot. of course, anything is nice with 'edward cullen'. he's like the perfect pretty boy, le sigh. however, the movie can be a lil draggy and some parts are actually yawnworthy. but overall, the story is mesmerizing, edward cullen style. starting on the novel now!

night race last night marked another proud moment for us singaporeans. wish i could be there! my ferraris both gone case! actually hoping either massa or raikkonen could be the race leader (or hamilton, but his cockiness is putting me off bit by bit haha) but sadly raikiki had to crash at the last minute (DAMMIT!!!) and massa had to meet with that unfortunate booboo at the pit stop which caused him his no.1 spot i guess. ohohoh saw a cutie. piquet. but he was the first to crash so that's one eyecandy down.
anyways those grid girls really look like flower vases. just standing at the sides to 'beautify' the area (beautify is an overstatement) because seriously without them, the walkway the drivers walk through after the race will be soooo empty and quiet. i bet they only know who lewis hamilton is hahahahahaha i'm so mean.

anyhoos! sis and i brought shermaine to town on saturday for fj benjamin sale and random shopping. i offered to sling shermaine in the bright yellow baby sling which seriously made me look like a banana/nun. hahaha but sher was sucha doll, sleeping twice and then so busy looking at everything around her, and even though i have very aching shoulders and arms now, i still love her and i wouldn't mind bringing her out again but next time i shall ask poh along so he can carry our bags! HEEEE.

and i finally found my guess shoes at the sale! even though the sales person was a rudeassbitch but when you don't find satisfaction with one, you go to another. and the other nicer salesperson got my shoes for me so am really grateful to her. then went over to isetan to buy sher's stuffs and then to paragon to get my g-star. yayay happy day but seriously super shagged!

10th Grade
As I sat there in English class, I stared at the girl next to me. She was my so called "best friend". I stared at her long, silky hair, and wished she was mine. But she didn't notice me like that, and I knew it. After class, she walked up to me and asked me for the notes she had missed the day before and handed them to her. She said "thanks" and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I wanted to tell her, I want her to know that I don't want to be just friends, I love her but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.

11th Grade
The phone rang. On the other end, it was her. She was in tears, mumbling on and on about how her love had broke her heart. She asked me to come over because she didn't want to be alone, so I did. As I sat next to her on the sofa, I stared at her soft eyes, wishing she was mine. After 2 hours, one Drew Barrymore movie, and three bags of chips, she decided to go to sleep. Senior Year
The day before prom she walked to my locker. My date is sick" she said; he's not going to go well, I didn't have a date, and in 7th grade, we made a promise that if neither of us had dates, we would go together just as "best friends". So we did. Prom night, after everything was over, I was standing at her front door step. I stared at her as she smiled at me and stared at me with her crystal eyes. I want her to be mine, but she isn't think of me like that, and I know it. Then she said "I had the best time, thanks!" and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I want to tell her, I want her to know that I don't want to be just friends, I love her but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.

Graduation Day
A day passed, then a week, then a month. Before I could blink, it was graduation day. I watched as her perfect body floated like an angel up on stage to get her diploma. I wanted her to be mine, but she didn't notice me like that, and I knew it. Before everyone went home, she came to me in her smock and hat, and cried as I hugged her. Then she lifted her head from my shoulder and said, "you're my best friend, thanks" and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I want to tell her, I want her to know that I don't want to be just friends, I love her but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.

A Few Years Later
Now I sit in the pews of the church. That girl is getting married now. I watched her say "I do" and drive off to her new life, married to another man. I wanted her to be mine, but she didn't see me like that, and I knew it. But before she drove away, she came to me and said "you came!". She said "thanks" and kissed me on the cheek. I want to tell her, I want her to know that I don't want to be just friends, I love her but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.

Funeral
Years passed, I looked down at the coffin of a girl who used to be my "best friend". At the service, they read a diary entry she had wrote in her high school years. This is what it read: I stare at him wishing he was mine, but he doesn't notice me like that, and I know it. I want to tell him, I want him to know that I don't want to be just friends, I love him but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why. I wish he would tell me he loved me! `I wish I did too...` I thought to myself, and I cried.

i don't think anyone can be more fickle than me. yes i'm queen of the ficks. if you've been reading my entries religiously, you will know that i dislike my current job. then i realize, after about 2 weeks here, i'm beginning to erm, how should i say, get used to things and am beginning to like my job, especially when i've got loads to do and time doesn't crawl. but sometimes i still have my monsie to frisie blues. omg wtf am i talking about. anyway time really flies today and it's going to be 5.30 soon. wowzee TGIF and you are reading a happy beyotch's blog!

ohohoh yesterday was one scary moment of my 22 years of life. i was talking on the house phone with a friend at around 12+am, and some psycho kept calling. because i've got 2nd line thingy and so who will call my house at sucha late hour? scary siak. i picked up and went 'hello' and the person hung up. i think it's a female cos i heard her talking before she hung up. and the 2nd line beep tone went on and on as the caller kept calling and hanging up. i was on the verge of tears, kental i know, and this went on for like an hour? in the end i went to sleep without putting the phone back in place. what if it happens again tonight? OMFG.

bike shop, and then Liquid Kitchen to watch man u vs liverpool with his friends. sadly, both my boyfriends did not play!! anyway it was a big group of us this week. after dinner and match, went to cine to watch Stepbrothers. had some time to spare before movie and so we went to the arcade. the basketball thingy is so fun! mustafa after flick and then i realise it's sunday now and it's workworkwork all over again and MONDAY BLUES ARE BACK :(
anyhoos, i think it's fun going out like that, should do it again soon.
forget what i said about me being uber bored at work; from tomorrow onwards i'm so going to be worked to the bone. lotsa filing to do! no kidding.

weeee. finally someone has heard my pleas for help! today is a busy day at work and that's why it's gonna be 6pm very soon! happy beyotch (:

went browhaus during lunch break to trim my brows. haha wanted to do tinting but the therapist said it will only last about 3 days so i dropped the idea. i did threading, was a lil nervous because i've never threaded before and i heard it hurts. but the process was okay la, just that the threading sound is abit scary, mcm the thread gonna cut into your skin deep. hehehe. anyway $16 for threading might be a lil overpriced, considering i don't have bushy brows.

i know it may be very smangat of me, but i've planned my bday celebration for next year hahahahaha! oh wells, i haven't had a proper celebration for 3 years so i think it's time i have a party and make love in this club, quoted by usher.(btw i've also planned poh's bday celebration, so efficient right? HAHA)

okay, it's been a very speedy 3 weeks, what with exams and projects. minus the loneliness and boredom, hey you are back from taiwan!
